St. Stephen Lutheran Parking Lot Usage Policy

All parking lots on our campus are private property, and are for St. Stephen Lutheran Church activities and guests only. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Neighbors who wish to park vehicles in the church lot during the week must register with the church office by completing a registration form. No vehicles may be parked in the church lot without express written consent.

Drivers of registered vehicles agree to:

  1. Remove vehicles from the lot every Sunday, 7:00 am through 8:00 pm.

  2. Remove all vehicles from the lot during any accumulating snow event. Vehicles may be parked again after it has stopped snowing and snow removal is complete.

  3. Remove vehicles at other times as requested, such as for funerals, weddings, and other special events. A current phone number and/or email must be provided at registration, so that vehicle owners can be notified of the request.

  4. Park vehicles within marked spaces. Parking in front of dumpsters or sheds is prohibited.

  5. Renew parking registration annually by contacting the church office, and to register any new vehicles they wish to park in the church lot.

The church assumes no responsibility for damage done to vehicles while parked on our lot, or while being towed by a 3rd party. The church will not be responsible for bodily harm to parkers while on church property.
