 | Students are you ready for excitement? Interactive and creative learning? Wednesday nights from 6:15 - 7:30 p.m., 6th-8th grades will be continuing their faith education in Jesus Christ. Topics like the Ten Commandments, Apostle's Creed, Holy Communion, Lord's Prayer, and living life as a Christian will be covered. Get pumped for these amazing nights with cool people! |
Join us for dinner every Wednesday before confirmation. We start serving at 5:30 and all wrapped up just in time for our classes to start!
Listed below is our schedule through Lent and the end of the confirmation year.
- Ash Wednesday, February 25th - Worship Service with the imposition of ashes - Ashes burned by the 6th grade confirmation class!
- The next 5 Wednesdays of Lent will begin with a soup supper starting at 5:45. Worship begins at 6:30.
- During Holy Week, the Triduum Services are as follows:
Maundy Thursday, April 9th - worship at 7:00 p.m.
Good Friday, April 10th - worship at 7:00 p.m.
The Vigil of Easter, April 11 - worship at 5:30 pm.
- P.S....out of the 9 opportunities to worship during Lent, confirmands (all grades) are expected to take worship notes 6 times!
- After Easter the regular Wednesday evening will continue for 4 more weeks, with the final Wonderful Wednesday being May 6, 2009.
